Photos of Tucson or wherever I may wander, and sometimes my musings on them. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask questions. Thanks for stopping by.
Regarding your question: I'm not a botanist. :-) I'm just a nature lover and, of course, flora is included. I've learned a lot in my travels and ecotourism is a must for me. That's why I've created the 'in the wild' blog! :-)
How unusual, in the smaller view it looks like beadwork but you can really make out the tiles in the close-up. Credit to whomever did that tilework, and of course to the photographer!
This image is powerful. Printing dark was the right choice here as it allowed you to separate the forms from the image of the building. I really like what you've done. Dragonstar is right, you have a great eye.
Good heavens, the more I watch this the more it moves. Superb eye to pick this out from the crowd and to know the dynamics of just WHY it would work so well as B&W.

What an interesting shot. At first I couldn't make out what it was. Great shapes, textures and patterns.
Excellent shot and composition!
Super BW.
Very cool shot -- good eye. I'm wondering what this looks like in person, viewing it as an office building.
Way cool! I didn't know they had a building like that in Tucson. Nice shot.
Wonderful good these curving lines, I love it.
Curious to see how the whole building is built. I think the patterns standout more because this is a b&w photo! Lovely :D
Very neat and it is mesmerizing and I like it.
I also love your puddle pic. I get it. splish splash. MB
Congratulations, T.! This is brilliant!

That's your version of the Guggenheim. And the shot belongs inside it.
Love pattern pictures - this one is very effective. (It must have taken an army of tilers to complete the building.)
A work of abstract art you have made here, bravo :)
