Oh dear, it does look very trapped. It's a sad photo but the ivy adds a touch of hope I think.

Looks like the back streets of Paris or Venice

I wonder how long the plants 'prison sentence' is?! The splashes of orange make for a great contrast against the grey, almost map like quality, of the exterior wall.

Great find. It looks like those pipes have been moved a few times.

It gives a little hope the plant is still green and looking healthy. Somebody will watering it once.

A touch of green in an otherwise bleak scene. Nice!

Wonderful observation to find this little treasure in the window. I especially like the bright green and spots of orange against the gray stone wall.

Great composition. I especially like the little bits of color, the white hook at the top, the orange red, the blue in the pipe, and the vivid green in the flower pot.

Perfectly titled ... at least the plant seems to be thriving, so it must not be all bad.

There is always hope for any ivy, isn't it?

There is some interesting decay going on here.

Your wndows always fascinate me. I wonder if the kitchen sink is on the other side of that rustic wall with the exposed plumbing?

This is terrific. I wonder if the plant is trying to get in or get out?

It appears that someone put three pipes in the wall until he/she finally figured out the right spot!

I am always a little sad when I see caged windows. I understand the need for security in some places, but I am still sad about the necessity and about the people who need to live with the worry about break-ins.

an unexpected beautiful plant. i like the surface of the exterior.

A lot to be seen here. I wonder if the bars are keeping someone in or out. I suspect the latter. Another great signature T. Becque shot.
