Photos of Tucson or wherever I may wander, and sometimes my musings on them. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask questions. Thanks for stopping by.
Another shot from the Holga. Someone does live in this trailer, and quite often people will take up residence in the motels along this street, one of which is the Apache Tears Motel (previous post).
The Apache Tears Motel is surrounded by coiled razor wire? Sheesh. The vignetting works well. It looks like a view through a telescope from a long distance away.
I like the different look of the Holga. It must be fun to work with as you never know exactly what to expect :^) I like the little cross of the telephone pole over the trailer. It is almost like a graveyard. RIP.
What a terrible place! I am so glad I don't live there. The contrast between my good fortune and what might have been provides a disconcerting start to the day.

Nice to see the Holga come out to play. They always make interesting images.
Nice blog you have!
Nothing can replicate what the Holga can deliver. Love it!
The telephone pole forms a cross, which seems, in a strange way, to complement the razor wire around the top of the fence.
Excellent! Great image T.
Ahum... Maybe I'd prefer the motel after all. This reminds me of Indian reservations everywhere.
If we meet again, I'll tell you all about the Travelodge I had to stay at (nowhere else to go...)
I don't like the looks of that fence at all. Not very welcoming. I guess these people want to stay "in".
excellent ce traitement d'une autre epoque !
A photo with great impact. From the "other" side of the tracks. I'm always amazed that so much of what we are is an accident of birth!
The Holga! Thanks for showing a different way of seeing. I like it!
Other lives, nice image.
Holga very good,bravo!
I like it! Another cool shot!
How thoughtful an image. Great reminder, that it is the 'inside' that counts.
Please have a good new month.
I do love these Holga shots. Nice theme day shot.
Interesting colors effects with the holga.
I would have thought of a military base.

I like the colors effects.thank for you kind words..Have a nice day.
They say that home is where the heart is, but this looks a little desolate! Really like the Holga image, Aimee my daughter has one and loves using it.
As if seen from far...
Very nice with the Holga, you are becoming such an expert.
Looks like you were peeking through a whole in a fence.
Hi Trish, the Holga rocks. Love the colours and the trailer. Carla
Magical color and light. There's nothing like a good ol' fashioned film camera!
T, guess what immediatly caught my attention... The big hairy(?) cacti on the right, of course! :-)
This is so beautiful!
Belo registo...Espectacular....
Cumprimentos
At first I thought the telephone pole was a cross and this was a church surrounded by razor wire. Nice job wit Holga.
Love this image, looks as a part of a sequence of an old film!

Oh yay! You're using your holga again! I love this shot :D
I'm not keen on fences, especially not of fences topped with razor wire. So is it to keep us out or them in? A perfect image for the Holga, T.
the fence gives the impression of security.. nice capture.. :)
